Privacy Policy

The game keeps gameplay progress and preferences on your device. It uses Google services for ads and Google Play purchases; those services may process the data described below.

1. Who we are

Dice Puzzle - Merge Master is published by Ocean Barque (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions and privacy requests can be sent to tao.brandnew@gmail.com.

2. Information stored by the game

The game stores gameplay progress, scores, settings, tutorial state, continue availability, and the Remove Ads entitlement locally on your device. Ocean Barque does not operate an account system or collect this local gameplay data on its own servers in this version.

3. Advertising

The game uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Google’s advertising SDK may automatically collect and share information such as:

• IP address and general device information;
• device or advertising identifiers, where permitted;
• ad interactions and other product interactions; and
• diagnostic and performance information.

This information may be used for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Where required, the game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and remember your privacy choices before requesting ads. Ad availability and personalization depend on your region, settings, and consent choices. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partners.

4. Rewarded ads

Watching a Continue ad is optional. A gameplay reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms that the reward was earned. Closing the ad before earning the reward does not grant the continue.

5. Purchases

The Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The game receives product, transaction, receipt, and ownership status needed to grant or restore the entitlement. Google handles purchase information under its own privacy policy.

6. Hosting and network logs

This policy is hosted on Cloudflare. When you open it, Cloudflare may process ordinary request information such as your IP address, browser or device information, and security logs to deliver and protect the page. This page contains no advertising, analytics script, account login, or first-party tracking cookie. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

7. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Purchase records are retained by Google according to Google’s requirements. Advertising and infrastructure providers retain information under their own policies. You may reset the device advertising identifier or adjust ad privacy controls in your device and in any consent form shown by the game.

8. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

9. International processing and security

Google and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than your own. We use established platform providers and reasonable safeguards, but no networked service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Most game progress can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling the game. For provider-held data, use the controls offered by Google or Cloudflare. 11. Changes

We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
